The Circuit Workout

Do three sets of five each. Between sets, rest until your heart rate becomes normal.

Squats: With elbows at your side and knuckles facing out, hold a bell in one hand so that it rests against your chest. (This is known as the "rack position" and it is important in many kettlebell exercises.) Then squat to full knee bend and stand up.
